Meet Our Optometrists - Margaret Lam

We're delighted to introduce Optometrist Margaret Lam, who joins us as our new Head
Optometrist in 1001 Optometry Bondi. Margaret loves taking exceptional care of her patients, and in
addition, her area of expertise is in prescribing custom made specialty contact lenses.

Margaret has been awarded the Neville Fulthorpe Award for Clinical Excellence.
Margaret currently serves as the National President for Optometry Australia, as the National Vice
President of the Cornea and Contact Lens Society of Australia, and also works in advisory roles
with leading contact lens companies. Margaret is a highly respected educator and has published
in optometry journals. Margaret also teaches Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Masters
Students as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer for the School of Optometry and Vision Science in the
Faculty of Medicine and Health at UNSW.

Margaret is excited to join the 1001 Optometry team and to be providing eye care to patients as the
Head Optometrist in 1001 Optometry Bondi.
